Tai Chi w/Larry – 24 Form

Explore Chi (energy), Tai Chi philosophy, and history through slow, continuous, mindful movement. This gentle “moving meditation” promotes relaxation while improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Students also report experiencing increased energy, reduced stress, reduced pain, enhanced sleep, and/or feelings of well-being.
