All Levels Yoga offers a comprehensive practice accessible to all level practitioners that blends the art of ancient & modern yoga. Learn breathing techniques (Pranayama) designed to: Relax and revitalize the nervous system, reduce physical and emotional stress, and improve focus and concentration. You’ll discover ways to maintain and increase your overall health and sense of well-being through yoga practice, lengthen the muscles through gentle stretching, lubricate the joints through mindful movements, and build core and overall body strength.
