What to Expect
-
Low Impact: Perfect for those looking to stay active without the stress of high-impact jumping or running.
-
No Partner Needed: One of the best parts of line dancing—you get the social experience of a group without needing to bring a partner.
-
Brain & Body Workout: Line dancing is famous for helping with cognitive health because it requires you to memorize patterns and coordinate them with the rhythm.
-
Welcoming Pace: As a “beginning” class, Beth typically breaks down the steps slowly before putting them to music, ensuring no one feels left behind.
A Few Quick Tips
-
Footwear: Wear shoes that allow you to glide or pivot slightly. Sneakers with too much “grip” can sometimes be tough on the knees during turns.
-

-
