Intermediate Line Dancing with Beth Raber

What to Expect

  • Low Impact: Perfect for those looking to stay active without the stress of high-impact jumping or running.

  • No Partner Needed: One of the best parts of line dancing—you get the social experience of a group without needing to bring a partner.

  • Brain & Body Workout: Line dancing is famous for helping with cognitive health because it requires you to memorize patterns and coordinate them with the rhythm.

A Few Quick Tips

  • Footwear: Wear shoes that allow you to glide or pivot slightly. Sneakers with too much “grip” can sometimes be tough on the knees during turns.

  • Hydration: Even though it’s low impact, you’ll be moving for an hour—bring a water bottle!

Cost: $10 per person.

Instructor: Beth Raber, who is an award-winning line dance teacher known for making the steps accessible to everyone.
